🏡This is a hybrid role. The Business Development Team works from our Manchester office 5 days per week for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to work in the office 3 days per week after that.
We are looking for an additional Sales Manager (SM) to build and manage an additional Manchester-based acquisition sales team. Our sales department has grown from 1 to nearly 150 and we are looking for leaders to help us successfully scale even further. The SM will report into our Head of Sales for Manchester, and work alongside a team of Sales Managers. As a senior leader within the department, you will be at the heart of driving sales strategy, performance, development and retention of the team. The SM will also be vital in helping to build relationships across the wider teams in Brighton and London and leading the department to success.
We try not to take ourselves too seriously (all the time) so we make sure our office is decked out with a pool table, arcade machine, beer tap, and a couple of office dogs thrown in for good measure. Check out our benefits:

Second stage: 30 minute coffee and introductory interview with Head of Sales, Manchester
Final stage: Interview loop - join us on site in our Manchester office for: a case study presentation task, to meet with our Senior People Partner for Sales, and to meet with our CCO.
