A leading British furniture brand seeks a driven Sales Manager / Account Manager passionate about contemporary design. The role involves nurturing relationships within the A&D community, managing accounts, and participating in industry events, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.
We are looking for a driven and design-savvy Sales Manager / Account Manager to join a well-established British furniture brand. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for contemporary design, strong relationships within the A&D (architect and design) community, and a proven ability to grow and manage accounts across the UK and internationally.
Develop and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, specifiers, and furniture dealers.
Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Represent the brand at client meetings, trade shows, industry events, and showroom visits.
Collaborate closely with the internal design, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s product range, materials, finishes, and custom capabilities.
Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and oversee the sales process from initial enquiry to final delivery.
Monitor industry trends and client needs to inform product development and strategic direction.
Deliver against individual and team sales targets with monthly and quarterly reporting.
Requirements:
2–5+ years’ experience in a sales or account management role within the furniture, interiors, or design industry.
Existing network and strong relationships within the A&D and dealer community.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a personable and confident approach.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A self-starter with a proactive attitude and commercial mindset.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of drawing packages or specifying tools is a plus.
London-based or willing to travel regularly to London and across the UK (some international travel may be required).
