Duties and Responsibilities

  • The Sales Manager will play a key role in promoting our products and services, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role combines both sales and marketing responsibilities, requiring a dynamic individual who is both strategic and hands-on. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG Industry, Travel Retail Sector of Fashion Design products, Retail Store Travel Bags, Electronics and home appliances, Kids Fashion Branded Product selling in UK & European Market.
  • In both fields, with the ability to effectively manage marketing campaigns and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients. Listing of key accounts and Business development.
  • 70 percentage of work schedule will be required to travel all over the UK Region and outside if required.
  • Marketing Strategy: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business success and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiation: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and handle negotiations to close sales.
  • Campaign Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Event Planning and Promotion: Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and product launches to promote the company and its offerings.

Qualification & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development, or a similar role in relevant industry (FMCG Industry, Travel Retail Sector of Fashion Design products, Retail Store Travel Bags, Electronics and home appliances, Kids Fashion Branded Product selling in UK & European Market).
  • Must Have UK Full Driving License.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create compelling marketing content and presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Office Based

Location: Office Based in Leeds, UK office

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday
