Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing, developing a steady pipeline through networking, outreach, and responding to inbound enquiries
• Support revenue growth by maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value through additional services or products
• Keep sales activity and pipeline records up to date using the CRM system
• Take responsibility for your territory, working towards agreed targets and supporting overall business growth
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent and helpful communication
• Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to stay connected with the market
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and developments in the aesthetics sector

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the medical or healthcare sector, with a consistent track record of meeting or surpassing targets
• Comfortable developing new client relationships and engaging in cold outreach when needed
• Approachable and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in the aesthetics industry
• Confident communicator with a collaborative and consultative approach to negotiation
• Well-organised with strong presentation skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and reliable, with a positive attitude and commitment to doing quality work
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable working in business-level English, both written and verbal
