Job description

An opportunity has arisen for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to business development and sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in one or more of the following industries: Personal Care, Industrial, or Health & Nutrition. Salary £40,000 + Bonus and Benefits. This is an office-based role with travel across UK & EU.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for uncovering and developing new business opportunities, driving consistent revenue growth, and building strong, lasting client partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing commercially driven sales strategies.
  2. Identifying growth markets and establishing strong client pipelines.
  3. Managing and nurturing client accounts to maintain long-term relationships.
  4. Mentoring and leading a sales team with a focus on high performance.
  5. Overseeing end-to-end deal negotiations to secure profitable contracts.
  6. Tracking KPIs and preparing regular performance reports.
  7. Representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
  8. Gathering client feedback and collaborating on service development.

Candidate requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, B2B Sales Manager, or in a similar role.
  2. At least 5 years’ experience in sales or a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  3. Background in sales management, business development, or a leadership role.
  4. Proficiency with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  5. Experience in Personal Care, Industrial, or Health & Nutrition sectors is preferred.
  6. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
