Responsibilities

• Support the Studio Manager in achieving membership sales goals and daily operations.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming members, answering enquiries, and providing studio tours.
• Assist in planning and executing local marketing and community events to grow brand awareness.
• Ensure high standards of studio presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Maintain accurate records in the sales and booking system (training provided).
• Motivate and inspire studio staff to hit performance targets and embody the Club Pilates culture.

Location: Club Pilates, London

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per year (depending on experience) plus commission
