Love Recruitment seeks a driven Sales Manager for Club Pilates in London. The role focuses on achieving membership sales targets, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced studio setting.

You will support daily operations, contribute to local marketing events, and help maintain a welcoming, safe studio environment while driving revenue and growth through commissions.

• Confident in closing sales via phone, email, and in-person.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Studio Manager in achieving membership sales goals and daily operations.
• Drive studio revenue through proactive lead generation, follow-up, and membership conversions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming members, answering enquiries, and providing studio tours.
• Assist in planning and executing local marketing and community events to grow brand awareness.
• Ensure high standards of studio presentation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Maintain accurate records in the sales and booking system (training provided).
• Motivate and inspire studio staff to hit performance targets and embody the Club Pilates culture.
