Role

As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying and securing new corporate accounts through proactive sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  2. Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  3. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  4. Conducting site visits and presentations for potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities and services.
  5. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  6. Preparing and presenting regular sales reports to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  7. Coordinating with the hotel's operations team to ensure seamless execution of corporate events and stays.
  8. Managing corporate events from planning to execution, ensuring all client requirements are met and the events run smoothly.
