Key Responsibilities

• Has strong visual merchandising skills and a passion for it
• Driving customer service levels
• Leading and inspiring your management team
• Overseeing people, service, operations and product management
• Sales generation, driving KPI, budget and P&L management
• Ensuring a high level of visual standards and commerciality are maintained
• Training and people development of employees
• One to one coaching and succession planning

What we are looking for

• Currently working as a visual manager, Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, Store Manager or Department Manager with a strong passion and understanding of VM
• At least 2-3 years of retail visual and Management experience
• Natural flair for Visual Merchandising and an eye for detail
• Experience in Fashion highly desirable but not essential; can have experience in Footwear, Accessories, Clothing, big box
• Love for inspiring your team through leadership and celebration of exceeding KPIs
• Fast-paced environment and experience managing turnovers over £500k will have a distinct advantage
