Job summary

Furniture Village in Glasgow is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to lead our busy sales team, driving overall store contribution through sales, margin and KPI management while delivering excellent customer service from welcome to after-sales. You will coach and develop a high-performance team, oversee rota management, stock and store administration, and ensure health & safety compliance.

Glasgow – 40 Hour Contract – Working 5 days a week – Monday – Sunday on a rota’d basis.

Your Role

• Lead our dynamic sales team that are hungry for success.
• Achieve overall store contribution through sales, margin and KPI management.
• Deliver excellent customer service from welcoming customers to managing the rota to resolving queries.
• Coaching and developing a high performance sales team.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the store, stock management, store administration and best practice compliance.
• Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
• Following health & safety procedures at all times.
• Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
