Furniture Village is the UK’s largest privately-owned independent furniture retailer, founded in 1989. Colchester-based Sales Consultant role offers a competitive package with £25,500 basic and uncapped commission, leading to OTE £50,000–£60,000+.

The position is a 40-hour contract across five days, including weekends, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the face of the store, greet customers, identify needs, and guide them through the journey from
