Job summary

Furniture Village in Colchester is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive end-to-end customer experiences and achieve sales targets. You will greet customers, build rapport, and work as part of a high-energy, family-run team that emphasizes care and service.

This role includes weekends on a rota and a competitive, uncapped commission structure with a strong pension plan. You will be the face of the store, delivering friendly, professional service, and contributing to a positive customer journey

Furniture Village – Sales Consultant

£25,500 Basic OTE £50,000 - £60,000+ Uncapped Commission - Competitive Pension, Family Partnership & much more.

Colchester – 40 Hour Contract – Working 5 days a week – Monday – Sunday on a rota’d basis, this role includes working every weekend.
