Sales Manager - Chigwell

Salary - £28,000 + (Depending on Experience) + Commission & Car allowance £250

Live within a 40-minute peak time commute to the office

Hours – 5 day week, Monday - Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm – one Saturday off a month

• Proficient in valuations and listings, with a strong instruction ratio
• Confident in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Well-presented, excellent communicator, fluent in English
• Outgoing personality with strong management skills
• Strong work ethic and a competitive drive to succeed

Daily Responsibilities

• Mentor negotiators to enhance their performance
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date property listings with high-quality photos, floor plans, and descriptions
• Provide market feedback and commentary to vendors
• Proactively seek new business through various methods such as mail drops, canvassing, and porters
• Ensure smooth branch operations
