We have been retained by a key client of ours in the engineering sector to source and secure a Sales Manager to help to grow one of their CNC machining divisions. Our client is looking for a proactive and innovative hands-on Business Development professional to deliver on their strategy for growth.
Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for:
Experienced in technical solutions sales, you will have sold sub-contract machining or machine components into aerospace, automotive, rail, or defence sectors, ideally. You will be experienced in project-based sales cycles from concept to completion. Ideally, you will have an engineering qualification or have been a sales engineer in the past or currently. You will be proactive and hungry but will also be realistic with customers and able to manage expectations.
This is a fantastic opportunity with a growing SME manufacturer and will offer a salary of between £50,000 and £70,000 plus package.
