Role Responsibilities
  • Focus on securing new incremental sales and business opportunities for the hotels.
  • Collaborate with the General/Hotel Manager to create and implement a cohesive sales strategy.
  • Work with the central Revenue and Marketing departments to align sales activities with campaigns and strategies.
  • Ensure robust sales planning for key periods, including listings, internal activities, and outreach.
  • Use market knowledge to craft sales messages highlighting the hotels’ unique selling propositions.
  • Oversee and manage the hotel’s social media accounts to create awareness.
  • Achieve sales KPIs set by your manager to drive profitability.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong background in hospitality sales.
  • Confident communicator with outstanding persuasion, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent industry contacts and network utilization skills.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on profit-driven sales activities.
  • Team player who works well with marketing and revenue teams.
  • Willing to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
  • Proficient with IT, especially in producing and analyzing sales reports and data.
