Evolv Collection is seeking a experienced Sales Manager for 24 Stories in Birmingham. You will lead sales initiatives, drive growth, and establish relationships with clients across hospitality markets in the region.

The role focuses on expanding in new markets, increasing spend with existing clients, and delivering strong sales performance aligned with organizational targets. Competitive salary and industry-leading benefits accompany the position.

On the 24th floor, guests discover a fine-dining restaurant that serves dramatic French-inspired dishes. Situated in Birmingham’s tallest building, the stylish restaurant offers breath-taking 360 degree views of the city.

A bit about what you will be doing:

We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Sales Manager to join the team.

Sales Manager main duties & responsibilities:

• Seeking opportunities for business development/proactive sales within a defined area or sector
• Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients
• Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend
• Driving peak performance and sales success across the organization
• Creating, negotiating and closing commercial agreements
• Will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets

The Ideal Candidate:

• A proven sales manager who is used to working to targets
• Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through a generation of leads
• Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate knowledge of the operational attention to details that will be required to succeed within the industry
