Job summary

Recruitment Solutions NW in Manchester is seeking a Sales Ledger and Credit Control professional. You will join a small, professional team reporting to the Head of Credit Control, handling cash allocations, reconciliations, and payment queries. The role offers a £29,000–£31,000 base salary, annual bonus based on personal performance and profit share, 25 days’ holiday and bank holidays, plus hybrid working after training. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Sales Ledger or Credit Control (ideally both).
• Experience with cash allocation, query management and unallocated payments.
• Experience completing large and complex reconciliations weekly and monthly.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage conflict and proactively find solutions.
• Strong planning and time-management skills are essential.
• Ambition and driven approach to tasks.
