We are seeking a SIOP Analyst to support our Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning department. This role involves analyzing short-term planning processes, ensuring schedule and inventory compliance, and providing data-driven insights for broader business objectives. The successful candidate will identify project opportunities and develop long-term operational timelines aligned with strategic goals.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating departmental KPIs, conducting asset optimization reviews, and offering strategic recommendations. You will utilize supply chain planning software to improve operations and ensure ERP system alignment. Supporting cross-functional initiatives, you will deliver accurate, timely information, maintain precise short-term plans, and provide insights to facilitate business decisions while upholding HSEQ standards. You may also deputize for the SIOP Manager when required.
Qualifications include a degree or relevant experience in a manufacturing or fabrication planning environment, proficiency in MRP and ERP systems, and a results-driven, analytical mindset. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. Experience influencing stakeholders and expertise in advanced data analytics tools (Power BI, Power Query, Python, VBA) will be advantageous.
