We have a fantastic opportunity here at SeAH Wind as a Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning Analyst.
Are you excited about the prospect of being part of the world's largest Monopile Factory and contributing to a significant project that builds the foundations for a Net Zero future?
We are currently looking for a SIOP Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) department by analyzing short-term planning processes, ensuring adherence to schedules and inventory levels, and contributing data-driven insights to broader business objectives. The successful candidate will identify project opportunities and establish long-term operational timelines aligned with strategic goals.
Responsibilities include maintaining and updating departmental KPIs, conducting asset optimization reviews, providing strategic recommendations, and utilizing supply chain planning software to improve operations. You will ensure alignment between ERP systems and planning tools, support cross-functional initiatives, deliver accurate, timely information, and maintain precise short-term plans within the ERP system. Additionally, you will provide data insights to support business decisions and uphold Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards. Deputizing for the SIOP Manager when necessary is also part of the role.
Requirements include a degree or relevant experience in manufacturing or fabrication planning, proficiency in MRP and ERP systems, a results-driven and analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis is essential. Experience influencing stakeholders and expertise in advanced data analytics tools like Power BI, Python, or VBA will be advantageous.
