We have a fantastic opportunity here at SeAH Wind as a Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) Analyst.

About the Role

Join the world's largest Monopile Factory and contribute to building the foundations for a Net Zero future. As a SIOP Analyst, you will support the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning department by analyzing short-term planning processes, ensuring schedule and inventory adherence, and providing data-driven insights to support business objectives. You will identify project opportunities and establish operational timelines aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update departmental KPIs
2. Conduct asset optimisation reviews
3. Provide strategic recommendations
4. Utilise supply chain planning software to enhance operations
5. Ensure alignment between ERP systems and planning tools
6. Support cross-functional initiatives with accurate and timely information
7. Maintain precise short-term plans within the ERP system
8. Provide data-driven insights for business decisions
9. Uphold HSEQ standards
10. Deputise for the SIOP Manager when required

Candidate Requirements

• Degree or relevant experience in manufacturing or fabrication planning
• Proficiency in MRP and ERP systems
• Results-driven, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes
• Knowledge of advanced data analytics tools like Power BI, Power Query, Python, or VBA
