Job summary

MGF is seeking graduates for its Graduate Technical Sales Representative Programme across four UK locations. You’ll train while you earn, build relationships with customers in the construction industry, and develop technical and commercial skills through a structured development programme.

You don’t need previous sales experience; ambition and willingness to learn are valued. Expect valuable mentoring, hands-on training, and clear progression into a technical sales career with industry-leading

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across your region and visit construction sites.

What You'll Be Doing

From day one you'll gain exposure to both the commercial and technical sides of the business. You'll be:

• Building relationships with customers across your region
• Visiting construction sites and customer locations
• Learning how major construction projects operate
• Working with contractors, engineers and project managers
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Managing and growing customer accounts
• Providing technical solutions to customer challenges
• Working closely with depot, operations and engineering teams
• Developing your commercial awareness and sales skills
