MGF is seeking graduates for its Graduate Technical Sales Representative Programme across four UK locations. You’ll train while you earn, build relationships with customers in the construction industry, and develop technical and commercial skills through a structured development programme.

You don’t need previous sales experience; ambition and willingness to learn are valued. Expect valuable mentoring, hands-on training, and clear progression into a technical sales career with industry-leading

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2026 or already graduated from any degree discipline.
• No previous sales experience required; motivated to learn and develop.
• Strong communication and relationship-building potential.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across your region and visit construction sites.
• Learn how major projects operate and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow customer accounts with technical and commercial solutions.
• Collaborate with depot, operations and engineering teams to support customers.
• Develop commercial awareness and sales skills through structured development.
