Responsibilities

• Convert telephone, digital and showroom visitors to Park’s customers by creating lasting relationships.
• Use systems and databases to check availability of vehicles and understand customer needs.
• Liaise with the dealership’s Product Genius to ensure the customer has detailed information and arrange a test drive.
• Assist customers in completing relevant paperwork and propose add-on packages.
• Communicate with customers and keep them updated on order progress.
• Carry out pre-delivery inspections and handover experiences for customers.
• Work as a team to reach sales targets set in the dealership.
