Job description

Sales Executive - Transport & Logistics

  • Liverpool
  • 45,000 - 50,000 per annum + car allowance ( 5200 per annum) + uncapped commission (OTE additional 12,000 per annum)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join a company based in Liverpool who specialise in transport and warehousing services.

This is a leading logistics provider specialising in UK & EU road transport services, including full load (FTL), part load (LTL), and groupage solutions. Their mission is to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and tailored transport solutions that exceed their customers' expectations.

This role comes with amazing benefits including an excellent basic salary (up to 50,000), car allowance ( 5200 per annum), potential for growth including salary increase, as well as an uncapped earning potential through an excellent commission scheme based on rewarding you for new business.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in developing new business within logistics / transport and warehousing and is looking to take the next step in their career and find a company they can grow with an uncapped earning potential.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Generating new leads and accounts over the phone and face-to-face
  • Consistently grow the gross profit and achieve set targets
  • Provide a high level of customer care
  • Provide accurate and cost effective quotations
  • Preparing weekly/monthly sales figures

Skills and Experience:

  • Working in a proactive / new business sales role within transport / logistics
  • Working towards targets and KPI's
  • Ability to influence others
  • Full Driving license
  • Enthusiastic in their approach to sales, but focused on building long-term relationships, not one-off sales
  • Resilience and tenacity
