You’ll ensure customer satisfaction, manage our vehicle fleet, and take on a variety of tasks in the branch. Everything you need to know about our vehicles, you’ll learn with us. Benefit from flexible working hours and great development opportunities – with a guaranteed take-home of £28,144.20 with a basic salary of £26,083.20 annually, a 6-month guaranteed bonus of £300.00 per month, and an uncapped bonus system with an OTE of £35,000.

Alternatively, there is a package with a guaranteed take-home of £29,083.20, a basic salary of £26,083.20 annually, a 6-month guaranteed bonus of £500.00 per month, and an uncapped bonus system with an OTE of £70,000.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
  • Create the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer
  • Advise our national and international, commercial and private customers in the branch while delivering excellent face-to-face customer service
  • Become our expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet and advise customers on protection items and extras
  • Manage our premium vehicle fleet and sell additional services related to car rental
  • Assist with driving and valeting cars when required
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
  • Sales Talent: Motivated, enjoys direct customer contact, and is a natural sales talent
  • Practical Experience and Management Skills: Experience from sales, service, or tourism sectors, with a service-oriented mindset, reliability, and responsibility
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with flexible hours
  • Driver License: Valid driver’s license with at least 12 months of driving experience
