The Role: Sales Executive

Salary: £20,000 Basic – £40-55K OTE (uncapped)

Location: Peterborough

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend work required

What Will Your Day Look Like?

• Build rapport with customers in the showroom
• Provide a no-pressure sales experience and identify customer needs
• Complete face-to-face quotes for chosen vehicles
• Upsell relevant products and finance options
• Work with the team to meet and beat sales targets
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

What Do We Need From You?

• A full UK driving licence
• Experience in customer service
• Sales or target-driven experience (beneficial)
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs
• Flexibility to work weekends
