Job summary

Motorpoint in Oldbury is seeking a proactive Sales Executive. You will greet customers, deliver a friendly, no-pressure sales service, and provide face-to-face quotes for chosen vehicles.

The role offers £20,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission with an expected OTE of £40,000–£50,000. Working 40 hours a week, five days out of seven, with weekend shifts. A full UK driving licence and prior sales experience are essential.

• Experience selling financial products would be beneficial; training provided.
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers quickly.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and build a natural rapport with customers arriving at store
• Deliver a no-pressure sales service to customers to identify and anticipate needs
• Complete face-to-face quotes on chosen and recommended vehicles in line with customer's needs
• Upsell relevant products and finance where relevant
• Work towards monthly, individual and team targets
• Complete the handover process with customers ensuring a high level of customer service
• Liaise with other key departments to ensure our customers receive outstanding levels of service, whilst managing their expectations

The Role: Sales Executive

Salary: £20,000 basic plus an uncapped performance based commission structure (realistic OTE of £40,000-£50,000).

Location: Oldbury.

Contract Type: Permanent.

Hours: 40 hours.

Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, with two consecutive days off during the week. Weekend working is required.

What will you be getting up to?

• Meet, greet and build a natural rapport with customers arriving at store
