Job summary

untypical is seeking a Sales Executive – New Homes to join our team at our North Walsham site (NR28) on a permanent contract. The role requires delivering exceptional service to customers, presenting show homes to high standards, and supporting the home buying process.

This position is five days a week with weekend work. We offer a leading commission structure, enhanced pension, life assurance, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, and an Employee Assistance Programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling homes, preferably new homes.
• Proficient in sales techniques and negotiation.
• Knowledge of legal terminology used in home buying.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of lenders and financial aspects of purchasing a home.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure show homes are presented to the highest quality.
• Assist in making the home buying process efficient.
• Build positive relationships with customers and external parties.
• Attend to the needs of visitors, customers and potential purchasers.
• Manage on-site administration.
• Maintain the highest standard of health and safety.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team based from our site in North Walsham (NR28) on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced team to deliver an exceptional service to our customers.

This post is 5 days a week and includes weekend working.
