Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a driven Sales Executive (MSP) in Reading. The role is hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH) and focuses on securing new Managed IT Services clients across the UK.

£40,000 - £50,000 base salary plus Commission with OTE £80k - £100k, plus benefits. You will build a pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and work closely with service delivery teams to tailor outsourced IT services.

Are you a driven Managed IT Services sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business, looking for the opportunity to build your own pipeline, secure new logos, and join a global organisation with a strong reputation across IT support, service desk and service management solutions?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading IT services organisation in a predominantly new-business-focused role. You'll be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new Managed IT Services clients across the UK, building lasting relationships with senior decision-makers and managing the sales process from initial engagement through to close.

Working closely with technical and service delivery teams, you'll develop tailored solutions centred around outsourced Service Desk, IT Support and End User Support services. Following successful onboarding, you'll retain the commercial relationship and identify further growth opportunities, whilst maintaining a strong focus on generating new business.

The ideal candidate will have a successful background in Managed IT Services sales, experience winning new logo business and the ability to proactively build and manage a qualified pipeline. This role offers excellent earning potential, autonomy and the opportunity to represent a globally recognised service management specialist.
