Hiring People is seeking ambitious sales professionals for its growing international sales team. This role involves speaking directly with clients to present high-value travel experiences, handle objections, and close deals.

2–3 years of telesales or direct sales experience is preferred. We offer a £30,000 base salary, £55,000–£70,000+ OTE, uncapped commission, relocation package, relocation support & accommodation, international working environment, and comprehensive training with clear career

We're Looking for Salespeople — Not Retail Staff

We're representing an established international travel business looking for ambitious sales professionals to join its growing international sales team.

If you've got 2-3 years of genuine telesales or direct sales experience, a competitive personality and the gift of the gab, we want to hear from you.

This isn't a retail sales role. You won't be standing behind a counter waiting for customers to walk in.

You'll be speaking directly with clients, building relationships, understanding what they want, presenting high-value travel experiences, handling objections and closing the deal.

Experience We're Looking For

We're specifically looking for candidates with around 2-3 years of telesales, telephone-based sales or direct sales experience.

Experience in areas such as:

Financial services | Recruitment | Property | Automotive | B2B Sales | Telecommunications | Travel | Hospitality | High-value Consumer Saleswould be advantageous.

Retail sales experience alone is not what we're looking for.

You don't need to know the luxury travel industry.

We can teach you the product. We're looking for people who already know how to sell.
