Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a sales professional with background in maintenance, construction, electrical services or lightning protection to join our growing team in Nottingham. You will generate new business and build strong relationships with contractors, consultants and end clients to drive commercial success.

This hybrid/remote role offers £40,000-£45,000 base with £50,000-£55,000 OTE, plus performance bonuses, commission, a company car, fuel card and benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in Sales within maintenance, construction, electrical services or lightning protection.
• Experience generating new business and managing relationships with contractors, consultants and end clients.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across maintenance, construction and associated technical sectors
• Generate new sales enquiries and develop a strong pipeline of prospective customers
• Build and maintain relationships with Contractors, Consultants, Facilities Managers and End Clients

This growing specialist contractor operates within the Lightning Protection industry, providing technical solutions and maintenance services to customers across the construction, property and facilities sectors.

They work closely with contractors, consultants and end users, delivering specialist services designed to support building safety and ongoing maintenance requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales professional looking to take ownership of new business generation within a specialist technical sector.

The Role:
