Job summary

Perrys Motor Sales Ltd is seeking a Leapmotor Retail Manager to lead vehicle sales operations across our Doncaster dealerships. You will manage stock, drive sales targets, and ensure a first-class customer experience from test drives to finance discussions.

You should bring automotive experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to work Saturdays; a full UK driving licence is essential to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to listen to customers’ needs.
• Full UK driving licence required.

• Experience in automotive environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control all aspects of the sales process and stock management.
• Achieve pre-determined sales targets while following the sales process.
• Engage with customers, arrange test drives and discuss finance options.
• Support the customer journey from enquiry to handover.

Hours of work:

Perrys are committed to working with our employees for a focus on a good work life balance.We are one of the few car dealerships not open Sundays so you can be sure to have quality time to spend with your family and friends.Our Retail Managerswork 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday on a 3week cycle to provide 1 in 3weekends off, averaging 40.75 hours per week.

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from or is interested in a car sales background alongside experience of managing vehicle sales operations in a volume franchise.You will be responsible for controlling all aspects of the sales process, stock management, and achieving pre-determined sales targets whilst fully implementing our controlled sales process and electronic diary management system.

As a Perrys Leapmotor RetailManager, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car. Delivering not just a new car to them but a complete package to suit their driving needs.You can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the customer journey, from arranging test drives, to discussing finance options, to prospecting for new customers.

About you:

You will have good interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to listen to our customers needs and take pride in engaging with people and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Open to new ideas and committed to doing the right thing for our customers, treating them fairly.
You will have a full UK Driving licence.
A willingness to work Saturdays.

Previous experience in an automotive environment preferred.
