OTE Uncapped Commission

38 hours per week, paid lunch break

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive for our client in Penkridge. You will be liaising with European clients, so you must be able to speak either Italian, German, or French fluently.

A full UK driving license and access to your own car are required due to the location of the site.

Duties of Sales Executive:

  • Cold calling potential new clients.
  • Meet individual sales targets set by the company on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
  • Research new prospects to build, maintain, and grow an individual client base to generate a consistent pipeline of inquiries.
  • Maintain daily contact with regular accounts and build key customer relationships.
  • Identify customer needs by effectively questioning their requirements to match these with products and services available.
  • Engage in social media activity to generate incoming interest.
  • Manage your own CRM database daily.

Experience required for Sales Executive:

  • A passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
