Portakabin Ltd in Manchester (Trafford Park) is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales and win orders by promoting Portakabin products and services. You will execute commercial admin activities, support business development, and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve targets.

The role requires experience in a target-driven environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, and GCSEs including Maths and English. A pension, health benefits, and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Experience of business development activities e.g. inbound or outbound calling activity
• Minimum GCSE or Equivalent level of education including Maths and English.
• Competent in using Microsoft packages including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or similar systems).

Aufgaben

• Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members across different teams to provide business development, commercial and administrative support to achieve order targets.
• Support onboarding and provide on-the-job training for new team members as required.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating where necessary to improve processes and share learning.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise customer satisfaction and ensure continuity of service for future order winning opportunities.
• Stock and orders coordination including stock availability and payment follow-ups.
