Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience of business development activities (inbound/outbound calls).
• Minimum GCSEs including Maths and English.
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teams to support order targets and margins.
• Support onboarding and provide on-the-job training for new team members.
• Identify issues and escalate to improve processes and learning.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and continuity of service.
• Coordinate stock, refurbishment and fit-out details with colleagues.
• Expedite collection of outstanding payments with customers.
• Keep relationships across teams and respond to queries in communications channels.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on time.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries within SLA timelines.
• Keep customer and stock records accurate in internal systems.
• Meet cash collection targets and run structured business development campaigns.
