Job summary

Riverside Motor Group is seeking a Sales Executive to build strong customer relationships, identify needs, and achieve monthly targets while delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience reflecting manufacturer standards and Riverside’s commitment to excellence.

You will manage enquiries, maintain CRM records, and ensure FCA compliance as part of a high-energy, target-driven sales environment with uncapped commission and additional benefits.

About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with customers, identifying their needs, achieving monthly sales targets, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience that reflects both manufacturer standards and Riverside’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities (FI&P)
• Manage and follow up on all customer enquiries
• Maximise retention and renewal opportunities
• Support customers throughout the full sales journey
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and internal processes

About You:

• A professional appearance and approach

• Confidence in your ability to engage and influence, bringing your personality to life
• Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A full UK driving licence
