How you'll make an impact

As a Specialist Markets Account Executive, you will be immersed in all aspects of client work, business development and internal service delivery for a varied and international client base from early in your role. The Specialist Markets team exists to redefine the employee benefits experience for small and medium sized businesses, from start-ups businesses with one person, through to established companies with hundreds of employees. The team focuses on serving three key industry niches: hedge fund and asset management, life sciences and technology. They provide exceptional levels of customer service, displaying speed, accuracy, and excellence throughout their work. Everything they deliver is to enable the business and their employees to thrive, in what is a highly competitive environment.

Tasks you will be involved in include:

  • Assisting in the marketing, negotiation, and placing of new business
  • Servicing of client accounts, working with people at all levels within the client’s organisation
  • Creating and interpreting numerical and financial analysis
  • Helping to onboard new client accounts, including drafting contracts
  • Preparing pitch documents, presentation material and marketing collateral
  • Developing strong internal and external relationships to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

You will also have the opportunity for:

  • Domestic travel, as required
  • Increasing opportunities for client interaction and responsibility as your experience and capabilities evolve
  • Support for industry qualifications

Educational Requirements: Minimum requirement of 4 in English and Maths.
