Job summary

Bidfood UK is seeking a Sales Executive to join the Worthing/Lancing team. You will build strong customer relationships, take orders, and identify opportunities to grow sales across Bidfood’s product range.

Using phone, email and digital channels, you’ll provide outstanding support, offer product recommendations, and work toward personal and team targets. The role offers a £27,750 base salary with incentives and progression potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, account management or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
• Commercial mindset and enthusiasm for achieving targets.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and add value for customers.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service.
