Job summary

Charles Street Finance in Greater Manchester is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new and repeat business by building strong relationships with brokers and clients, proactively generating deal opportunities, and supporting cases through to completion.

You will work closely with field-based and internal teams, packaging deals efficiently, maintaining momentum across cases, and helping maximise client retention and long-term value. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Issue terms on agreed deals in line with credit appetite and service standards.
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and commercially focused case summaries for underwriting.
• Ensure all leads and updates are entered onto internal systems.
• Maintain the CRM to support pipeline visibility and follow-ups.
• Regularly contact existing clients to identify refinancing opportunities.
• Support external BDMs by packaging cases for underwriting submission.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers and introducers.
• Liaise with internal teams to progress cases smoothly and efficiently.
• Hit KPIs for application packs and deals completed.
