Job summary

Wollaston BMW in Northampton is seeking a passionate BMW Sales Executive to join our New and Used Sales team. You will guide customers from initial enquiry to final handover, delivering a world-class experience at a premier BMW facility.

You will build strong relationships, present tailored vehicle solutions, conduct product demonstrations and tests, and strive to exceed sales targets while keeping BMW knowledge up to date. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or similar sales roles.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Are you passionate about premium vehicles and driven to deliver exceptional customer service? As we prepare to move into our new , world class facility in Northampton, Wollaston BMW is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated BMW Sales Consultant to join our dynamic BMW New and Used Sales team.

About the Role

As a BMW Sales Executive, you'll be the face of one of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world. Your role will involve guiding customers through the exciting journey of choosing their perfect BMW - from first enquiry to final handover - while delivering a world-class customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing BMW customers
• Understand customer needs and present tailored vehicle solutions
• Conduct professional product presentations and test drives
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain product knowledge and keep up with BMW innovations

What We're Looking For

• A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ideally you will have proven experience in automotive sales, however we may consider people with similar sales skills
• Passion for the BMW brand and a commitment to excellence
• Target-driven with a desire to succeed
• Full UK driving licence required
