Job summary

Wollaston BMW in Northampton is seeking a BMW Sales Executive to guide customers from first enquiry to handover, delivering a world-class experience.

You will lead the customer journey, present tailored vehicle solutions, and drive loyalty while upholding BMW standards within a premium dealership environment.

Qualifications

• A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in automotive sales preferred, otherwise similar sales skills considered.
• Passion for the BMW brand and a commitment to excellence.
• Target-driven with a desire to succeed.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

OTE: £54,000 per annum

Are you passionate about premium vehicles and driven to deliver exceptional customer service? As we prepare to move into our new , world class facility in Northampton, Wollaston BMW is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated BMW Sales Consultant to join our dynamic BMW New and Used Sales team.

About the Role:

As a BMW Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of one of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world. Your role will involve guiding customers through the exciting journey of choosing their perfect BMW – from first enquiry to final handover – while delivering a world-class customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing BMW customers
• Understand customer needs and present tailored vehicle solutions
• Conduct professional product presentations and test drives
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
