Key Responsibilities:

Your roles will differ slightly in each rotation, but some fundamental responsibilities will be consistent:

  • To represent the company in line with our brand values, always providing excellent customer service
  • To maintain all systems accurately, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correct
  • To achieve your targets and KPI’s provided by your Departmental Manager
  • To keep up to date with your apprenticeship course work, ensuring all projects are completed on time
  • To utilise the 20% of your working week allocated to college work in an appropriate manner
  • Carry out day-to-day transactional administrative tasks, managing admin processes through the full employment lifecycle from new starters through to exit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues & key stakeholders at all levels
  • Responding to ad-hoc requests for information and support from our colleagues
  • Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and respect aligned to the Group’s behaviours
  • Communicate effectively with all employees at all levels

Key Experience Required:

  • Work experience dealing with customers and communicating in a busy environment is preferred
  • A confident communicator, comfortable speaking on the phone in a professional manner
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple activities at any given time
  • A hard worker who is punctual and willing to work hard to succeed
  • 9-4 in 5 x GCSE (or equivalents) in subjects including English & maths
