Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is recruiting a Sales Executive for Kings Lynn. The role offers a base salary of £24,000 with uncapped earnings and opportunities for progression within a global automotive group.

You will guide customers through the buying journey, prospect for new business, and maintain in-depth product knowledge through manufacturer-led training. Flexible working options are available along with extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role with targets.
• Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm.

• Strong organisational skills with deadlines and attention to detail.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills to understand customer needs.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through a seamless journey from welcome to negotiation and handover of their vehicle.
• Actively prospect for new customers via telephone, attend product launches and events, maintain enquiry databases.
• Maintain product knowledge and pursue manufacturer-led training to enhance expertise.
• Recommend suitable add-on products aligned with customer needs and preferences.
• Ensure effective use of customer enquiry management systems for tracking and follow-up.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty and referrals.
