Job summary

G2 Legal in Bristol is seeking an experienced Sales Executive with probate knowledge to join a growing team. You will be the initial contact for families needing estate administration guidance, taking them from inquiry to quotation and contract signature.

The role is desk-based telephone sales using referred inbound leads; you will discuss the estate and probate service, prepare quotes, follow up, and transfer signed clients to the legal team.

Qualifications

• Probate experience with knowledge of probate processes and terms.
• Sales experience within probate or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and forecast activity.
• Empathy and a consultative sales approach when guiding clients.

Job description

Im keen to speak with experienced Sales Executives who have knowledge of Probate to join a growing team in central Bristol.

You will be the initial point of contact to a family member who has lost a loved one who needs to engage with a lawyer to conduct their estate administration, so you will provide expert probate guidance, understanding individual needs and be able to take them through the process from initial enquiry through to quotation and contract signature.

What experience is required:

• Ideally probate experience, including technical knowledge eg; grant only estates
• Proven sales experience within probate or professional services
• Confident managing a pipeline
• A natural ability to adapt your sales approach with empathy and consultative
