Job summary

Meyer Timber in Tilbury is seeking a proactive sales support assistant to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with order processing, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

You will build relationships with customers, support the sales team with administrative tasks, and help ensure accurate order handling in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an office or sales environment.
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and actively participate in sales activities.
• Time management and ability to prioritise workload.
• Proactive attitude towards training development and career growth in sales.
• IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
