Salary and Working Hours

Salary: £25,000 OTE up to £50,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission!

Working Hours: 44 hours, Monday - Friday 9-6pm (one day off during the week), Saturday 9-5pm with every Sunday off.

About the Role

Lookers Sudbury Ford is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly, dedicated team on site. You will collaborate with our passionate sales team to deliver Lookers' first-class customer service.

As part of our sales team, you should be a team player with excellent communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to Matthew Crowley (Sales Manager), who will support your development and help you build a successful career in the industry. This is an opportunity not to be missed!

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
• Negotiating the final price for the sale
• Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You will be expected to meet targets, so ambition and hard work are essential.

Previous experience in a similar role and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as we welcome new and emerging talent. A full UK driving license is required, as you may be asked to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
