Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is hiring a Sales Executive in the United Kingdom. The role involves 42.5 hours per week on a rotating 5 on/2 off shift, including weekend work. Salary starts at £28,200 per year with an OTE of £35,220 and generous bonus potential.

You will be the main point of contact for customers, drive appointments, perform vehicle appraisals, negotiate prices and deliver exceptional customer service while representing a fast-growing, market-leading brand.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Strong administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure smooth branch operations; be the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers, schedule appointments, and hit targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and provide great service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues; may transport vehicles when needed.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus:Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
