Our client in the Redhill area is seeking a top Automotive Sales Executive to join their expanding team. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets for new and used vehicles, delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.

The role offers a basic salary of £25,250 with OTE £46,350, plus a company car, ongoing training and clear opportunities for career progression. Permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade.
• Ability to follow a structured sales process and consistently achieve targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, professional and customer-focused.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieving agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles.
• Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding customer expectations to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the dealership CRM system.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues professionally.
• Responding promptly to telephone, online and showroom enquiries.
• Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest vehicle specifications and finance products.
• Promoting finance, insurance and value-added products where appropriate.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
