Job summary

WeBuyAnyCar in Reading is seeking a Sales Executive to drive customer interactions and close deals across our branches. You will be the main contact for customers, manage appointments, and help deliver outstanding car buying service.

The role offers £28,200 per year with OTE £35,220, 42.5 hours weekly on a rotating shift, and plus monthly/annual bonuses; full training provided, with opportunities for progression within a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Hours

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.
