Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus

Overview:

Axon Moore is working with a successful and growing business in the Preston area that is looking to add to its sales team. This is a broad and flexible opportunity suitable for someone early in their sales career or looking to take the next step into a more consultative, results-driven role.

This position will suit confident communicators who enjoy building relationships, working towards targets, and playing a key role in business growth.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers

Handling inbound sales enquiries and following up warm leads

Supporting business development and account management activity

Working closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure smooth handover and follow-up

Tracking performance and updating CRM systems with activity and outcomes

Attending occasional events, calls, or client meetings as required

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a sales, telesales, account management, or customer-facing role

Confident communication and relationship-building skills

Driven, results-focused and motivated by hitting targets

Organised and able to manage your own pipeline or workload

A proactive and positive attitude - eager to learn and develop
